Hall of Fame

The NCHA Hall of Fame honors outstanding players and contributors from the Northern California Region. Hall of Fame nominations are considered by the Hall of Fame Committee and ratified by NCHA's Board of Directors. The inductees are honored at the annual Hall of Fame Tournament and banquet at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.

Joe McDonald Award

The Joe McDonald Award was developed to give recognition to any Northern Californian for their achievements in handball during the past year, whether as a player or contributor. The award is presented annually at the Hall of Fame banquet by the NCHA president. Read about the past winners.

Registration and Updating

Register with us so we can let you know about upcoming events. If you've already registered, keep your records up to date, so other players can contact you, and to make sure you get tournament mailers. The update area also lets you check on your membership status, since paid-up membership is required to play in the Regionals and Hall of Fame Tournament.

Please consider renewing or joining the NCHA. Membership fees are $20 per year, or $50 for three years; Juniors can join for $5 per year. In addition to The Scoop, members are eligible to play in the Regional Tournament and the Hall of Fame Tournament. Juniors may also apply for monetary support for equipment and travel expenses.
